The hotel had a few drawbacks but also some great features. The rooms were not very spacious but quickly fixed the temperature issue, and they had a good TV selection. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with taxi orders and postcards. The location, although somewhat crowded and not the safest area, was close to the beach, offering an amazing sky lounge and a clean environment. The dining options varied, with some areas for improvement, while the breakfast was superb. Overall, the hotel had clean facilities and good value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were okay with an average view, but they were ready for my arrival. However, the backyards were filthy and unsettling, making us feel unsafe, and the reception was hesitant to change our room despite prior confirmation. On the positive side, the Central room was spacious, and the TV offered a good range of channels in different languages.

I loved staying at this hotel, it was incredibly close to the beach and had a great view from the top. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and nicely decorated, with lockers provided for baggage and a separate shower room. The staff were helpful and friendly, even arranging taxis for us. However, some restaurants and bars in the area were closed, giving a slightly deserted vibe. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of options made to order, but the location was not my favorite compared to other parts of Majorca.
